Purchase and Shipping
Payment
1. We accept payments via Paypal and Credit cards (Master Card, Visa and American Express).
2. Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
3. Prices are final upon payment.
4. Refunds are not allowed in the event when items purchased are available in sales thereafter.
5. We are not liable for additional postage or taxes charged by your respective local courier or Government, if any. Such payment is to be paid directly to the requesting organisation, and therefore shall be collected from you by the requesting organisation.
6. In the event when your purchases are out of stock, we will refund you the payment.
Successful Order
1. You will receive a confirmation email upon your successful order.
2. You will receive a delivery email when your order has been shipped.
3. For shipping within Singapore, your item will be shipped to you in around 7 to 10 working days.
4. For shipping to Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia, your item will be be shipped to you in around 11 to 16 working days.
5. For shipping to other countries, your item will be shipped to our warehouse in around 7 working days and another 5 - 10 working days to reach you.
6. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
7. Our stocks are stored overseas to lower the cost.
8. Cancellation of orders are strictly not allowed.
9. We are unable to make any amendments once the order has been processed.
10. Kindly ensure that your full and correct address is provided, including mobile number. Orders with incorrect / incomplete information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if your parcel is returned to us.
11. We do not ship to any PO box, military or protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by customers.

13. Please refer to the chart below for the shipping fees. Your item will be shipped via registered mail for better security and assurance.

Store Credits / Gift Cards
1. In the event of return or exchange, refunds will be in form of Store credits or Gift card.
2. Store credits and Gift cards will not have an expiry date.
3. Store credits and Gift cards are strictly non-transferable.
4. Purchases made with Store credits, Gift cards or promotional codes are not eligible for returns.
Products
1. Please note that products might vary in size measurements between 1cm to 3cm. This is a common variation in all production and therefore it is not considered as a defect.
2. Please note that there might be slight variance in printed products as individual pieces may appear differently due to fabric placement. This is not considered as defect.
3. For light colored items, there might be some slight small black dots which does not affect the overall appearance of the item, and this will not be considered as a defect.
Exclusive Gifts
1. Please note that the required minimum spending is not inclusive of the shipping fee, purchase using store credits or sale items.
